Meet Morgan Springer

Morgan Headshot

I have always been drawn to the intersection of people, products, and the big ideas that solve real problems. I'm fascinated by what people want, what they choose, and why those two things aren't always the same.

My journey into this work started with food and the complex systems and drivers that detmermine what ends up in our bellies. I've worked on the ground in agriculture, internally at General Mills, and with a number of early-stage CPG brands.

While my background is rooted in food systems, I realized the thread through each experence was the people guidings the systems. Across size and industry, I've seen well-intentioned programs fail to have the desired impact because no one stopped to truly listen. It didn't matter if it was a non-profit, start-up or corporations with big budgets which is why I'm dedicated to helping companies avoid the same pitfalls.

I like to think I'm part detective, part strategist, part ideation machine. I'm always thinking about how to make other people's lives better through thoughtful innovation, and that carries over to how I approach my work with clients.

Consumer Research & Market Trends

Think of it as connecting the dots between what customers say, what they do, and what they really want. I've led quantitative and qualitative research across industries, including food, tech, and healthcare. My sweet spot is translating complexity into stories that teams can rally around—whether that's uncovering what really matters to shoppers or helping organizations find direction.

Innovation Facilitation & Strategy

My approach puts people at the center. Not just as data points, but as real humans making real choices. This lens helps me uncover insights that resonate because they're rooted in authentic behavior, not assumptions. Good ideas are everywhere; the hard part is turning them into something real. I help teams brainstorm with focus, tackle tough questions, and walk away with strategies that don’t just sound good in theory, but actually work in practice.

Intentional Design & Sustainability

I believe the best products improve life without trashing the planet. My work leans into thoughtful design that helps people, respects the environment, and proves that doing good and doing business can go hand in hand.
